Lost phone for Microsoft authenticator

I recently change my phone as the phone is lost, but then i cant login as admin for my microsoft 365 subscription for my organization. I am the only admin and therefore there is no way for me to sign in now.

Change your two-factor verification method and settings

To setup QR verification on the mobile, follow the below steps

1. Sign in to https://myapps.microsoft.com using your azure ID.
2. Select your account name in the top right, then select profile
3. Select additional security verification
   
4. Add a new account to the Microsoft authenticator app – follow steps from the below URL

Unfortunately, I lost my iPad, also Microsoft Multifactor authenticator(MFA). Then i couldn't log in as admin for my Microsoft 365 subscription for my organization. I am the only admin, and therefore there is no way for me to sign in now.

Please, anyone, help me?

Fill out the Microsoft Account recovery form, describe your situation and show prove that you're the account owner.

I had successfully disconnected my Microsoft authenticator when I sent my WinPhone to repair and the staff at collection point erased everything from the phone as part of standard procedure.

I have the same problem... How can I get into the Admin account with the MMA lost??? did you get a solution? I'm trying to get the only other person to be admin.. but can't find a way to do that with the DNS change with a TXT entry or links... I've been trying for 2 days straight to get this resolved.
