Remove a horizontalSection from a sitePage.
Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. Don't supply a request body with this method.
If successful, this call returns a 204 No Content response to indicate that the resource was deleted and there was nothing to return.
If the target horizontal section is not found, this method returns 404 Not Found.
