开始之前Before you begin

创建新的咨询服务套餐Create a new consulting service offer

  1. 登录合作伙伴中心Sign in to Partner Center.

  2. 在左侧导航菜单中,选择 " 商业市场 > 概述 "。In the left-navigation menu, select Commercial Marketplace > Overview .

  3. 在 "概述" 选项卡上,选择 " + 新建产品 / > 服务 "。On the Overview tab, select + New offer > Consulting service .

    • 帐户中的每个提议都必须具有唯一的产品 ID。Each offer in your account must have a unique offer ID.
    • 只使用小写字母和数字。Use only lowercase letters and numbers. 产品/服务 ID 可以包括连字符和下划线,但不能包含空格,并且限制为50个字符。The offer ID can include hyphens and underscores, but no spaces, and is limited to 50 characters.
    • 选择 " 创建 " 后,无法更改产品/服务 ID。The offer ID can't be changed after you select Create .
  5. 输入“产品/服务别名”。Enter an Offer alias . 这是在合作伙伴中心内用于产品/服务的名称。This is the name used for the offer in Partner Center. 它在联机商店中不可见,并且不同于向客户显示的产品/服务名称。It isn't visible in the online stores and is different from the offer name shown to customers.

  6. 若要生成产品/服务并继续,请选择 " 创建 "。To generate the offer and continue, select Create .

配置潜在顾客管理Configure lead management

  1. 在合作伙伴中心,请参阅 产品/服务设置 选项卡。In Partner Center, go to the Offer setup tab.

  2. 在 " 客户主管 " 下,选择 " 连接 " 链接。Under Customer leads , select the Connect link.

  3. 在 " 连接详细信息 " 对话框中,从列表中选择潜在顾客目标。In the Connection details dialog box, select a lead destination from the list.

在合作伙伴中心提交产品/服务进行发布后,我们将验证连接并向你发送测试线索。After you submit your offer for publication in Partner Center, we'll validate the connection and send you a test lead. 当你在推出产品/服务之前对其进行预览时,请在预览环境中尝试自行购买产品/服务,以测试你的潜在客户连接。While you preview the offer before it goes live, test your lead connection by trying to purchase the offer yourself in the preview environment.

提示

请务必不断更新与潜在客户目标的连接,以免失去任何潜在客户。Make sure the connection to the lead destination stays updated so you don't lose any leads.
