您可以銷售訂用帳戶、 管理計費,或向客戶提供支援之前,您需要將它們新增至您的客戶在合作夥伴中心內的清單。Before you can sell subscriptions, manage billing, or provide support to a customer, you need to add them to your list of customers in Partner Center.

注意

對於現有客戶,包括那些已經擁有客戶記錄中透過合作夥伴中心多通路或是Multipartner案例中,您可以要求的關聯性它們,而不是依照此處的步驟。For existing customers, including those who already have customer records in Partner Center through a multi-channel or Multipartner scenario, you can Request a relationship with them, instead of following the steps here.

若要加入新的客戶在合作夥伴中心To add a new customer in Partner Center

  1. 選取 [客戶從合作夥伴中心] 功能表中,然後選取新增客戶Select Customers from the Partner Center menu, and then select Add customer.

  2. 帳戶資訊頁面上,輸入客戶的詳細資料和主要的連絡資訊,然後確認客戶已接受並簽署最新Microsoft 雲端合約On the Account info page, enter the customer's details and primary contact information and verify that the customer has accepted and signed the latest Microsoft Cloud Agreement.

    重要

    從 2018 年 11 月 7 日,您將需要確認客戶已接受 Microsoft 雲端協議,藉由提供簽署者的相關資訊。Starting November 7, 2018, you'll need to confirm that a customer has accepted the Microsoft Cloud Agreement by providing information about the person who signed it. 請參閱確認 Microsoft Cloud 合約的客戶接受如需詳細資訊。See Confirm a customer's acceptance of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement for more details.

  3. 如果您是間接提供者,選取您想要從清單中的此客戶的訂用帳戶相關聯的間接轉銷商。If you're an indirect provider, select the indirect reseller you want to associate with this customer's subscriptions from the list.

  4. 選取下一步:訂用帳戶當您完成輸入所有必要的資訊時。Select Next: Subscriptions when you're finished entering all required information.

  5. 在 [訂用帳戶頁面上,選取您的客戶想要向您購買、 輸入的授權數目,然後選取供應項的目下一步]:檢閱On the Subscriptions page, select the offer(s) your customer wants to buy from you, enter the number of licenses, and then select Next: Review.

  6. 檢閱頁面上,檢查您的項目是否正確無誤,然後選取送出如果資訊正確無誤。On the Review page, check your entries for accuracy and then select Submit if the information is correct.

    注意

    如果您需要變更任何客戶詳細資料,請選取更新帳戶資訊一節。If you need to change any customer details, select Update in the Account info section. 如果您需要變更使用供應項目選取,請選取更新訂用帳戶一節。If you need to change the offers you selected, select Update in the Subscriptions section.

  7. 選取 完成當您完成新增客戶資訊並購買所需的訂用帳戶。Select Done when you've finished adding the customer information and purchased the required subscriptions.
