KB5003217 OS settings cannot be opened

Win 10 LTSC 1809, update to this KB5003217, the setting cannot be opened, it will cause a crash. remove this KB5003217, the setting can be opened and used normally, is there any abnormality in this KB file??, or there are other ways to eliminate it?

    I check the May 20, 2021-KB5003217 (OS Build 17763.1971) Preview website, KB article doesn’t mentioned settings app crash or hand issue.

    Maybe this KB has some compatibility issue on your software, try to clean boot computer to check result.
    Also, you could switch to another user account for test.

    If issue still exits, uninstall KB5003217 and wait for the next update.

    uninstall KB5003217 issue fix.

    system: window 10 iot 2019 LTSC ver:10.0.17763.107
    Language: english & Traditional Chinese

    Hi,

    I have the same problem with a Dutch version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 (nl-NL). An English version (en-US) installed on a vm is without problems.

    Tried the solution of KapilArya but they don't work.

    As other person has said, it only happens with languages different to english en-US.
    If you have en-US installes and you change to it, the problem disappears and the control panel works again. But if you configure your languaje again, the problem returns.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem on 8 computers with windows 10 ltsc.
    My biggest problem is not the configuration menu, the problem is that no printer works.
    When you uninstall the update everything works again but the operating system reinstalls it without prior notice.
    I'm trying to hide that update with Powershell's PSWindowsUpdate but it doesn't find this update.

    Any solution?

    When should you upload the corrected patch for this update?
