This release contains the following features:

  • Ability to run Remove-RdsRoleAssignment with the -AadTenantId parameter to remove role assignments of principals not associated to the Azure AD tenant ID associated with your Windows Virtual Desktop tenant.

Fixes

This release contains the following fixes:

  • Removed vague error warning when running Windows Virtual Desktop PowerShell cmdlets.
  • Increased stability and clearer error messages for edge-case failures.

  • Personal desktop direct assignment: You can now migrate users' desktops to Windows Virtual Desktop by using a personal desktop host pool and assigning each user to their image.
